Cambridge Film Festival

Established in 1977, the Cambridge Film Festival has been committed to delivering the very best in independent international cinema for over 30 years. Bold and imaginative in our presentation of films, we embrace the latest technology, whilst also showcasing our passion for the heritage of cinema.

The next Cambridge Film Festival – our 32nd edition – will take place in September 2012. Follow us on Twitter @camfilmfest and sign up to our e-newsletter to keep up to date with our plans.

Join the Cambridge Film Festival for our first event of 2012 – a very special day of cinematic celebration in the grandeur of Wrest Park’s magnificent State Rooms.  We’ll present a specially selected programme of classic features and short films, including free drop-in showings of family favourite THE GRUFFALO, and rare screenings of legendary film-maker Stanley Kubrick’s BARRY LYNDON and THE SHINING which will both be introduced by Kubrick’s producer Jan Harlan.
