FILM HUB SOUTH EAST: FILM FESTIVAL ROUNDTABLE

12:00–16:15

Film Festivals offer a veritable paradise for cinephiles: screening highly anticipated films before their release, offering the chance to watch extraordinary films that won’t be shown nearby again, as well as the opportunity to meet industry talent. However, building audience excitement and delivering a myriad of events in a short period of time is no easy task. Guest speakers include Jo Comino, Marketing Manager of Borderlines Film Festival, and Yi Wang, Festival Director of Queer East.

As part of Cambridge Film Festival’s Industry Day, Film Hub South East is organising training sessions for festival professionals within the region. Film Festival Roundtable attendees are also invited to attend CFF’s Annual State Of The Industry Panel (16:55-18:00) and Networking Drinks (from 18:00).
