Synopsis

As Claudine’s (Bérénice Vernet) family sets off on a summer road trip through Sardinia, she narrates the journey as it unfolds, weaving together past and present moments, though frequently interrupted by her younger brother, Raoul (Esteban Melero).

Her parents, Jean-Philippe (Philippe Katerine) and Sophie (Sophie Letourneur), argue constantly, especially when things don’t go as planned. The picturesque Mediterranean backdrop quickly gives way to the reality of family life, shaped by cramped hotel rooms, rushed meals and frustrating car rides.
