CFF 45th Birthday

In 2026, Cambridge Film Festival turns 45. We're marking our Sapphire Anniversary with a year of special events, screenings, and celebrations, running from April through to our flagship festival in October. Join us for this special anniversary screening of Portrait of a Lady on Fire, chosen by our team to celebrate 45 years of the Cambridge Film Festival.

Still from Portrait of a Lady on Fire: two women in period dress, one in green and one in red, rest their foreheads together and hold each other on a beach, with cliffs behind them.
