Cambridge Connections
We are proud to present our Cambridge Connections strand, celebrating the best of local talent and showcasing films with a regional focus. This year’s selection includes the short film Saturday Night Butch (2025), an exploration of lesbian identities; Lost for Words (2025), a feature filmed in Ely, including scenes shot in the legendary Toppings Bookshop; and Measures for a Funeral (2024), which was partially filmed in Cambridge and Meldreth.
