Single dad Mihail (Galin Stoev) returns to his homeland many years after his wife’s death, estranged and gloomy. His successful life as an art dealer in Montreal sets him worlds apart from the rural Bulgarian context he encounters when searching for a six year-old painter prodigy. Nina (Ekaterina Stanina, a true discovery) commands the scene like no one else, so it's only natural for Mihail to suspect something's afoot. Is she the real deal?
