Festival Events

Whatever your taste in film, you’ll find something to whet your appetite here, from the most challenging international cinema to the cosy delights of the Family Film Festival. There are guest filmmakers and other live special events, too. From the comfy seats of the Cambridge Arts Picturehouse to the wide open spaces of Grantchester Meadows and Rendlesham Forest, the 31st Cambrtidge Film Festival boasts a range of venues more diverse than ever before.

The open-air screenings are brought to the forest by the Trust’s Screen Team – a project to take the Festival experience across the Eastern region, with spectacular on-location cinematic treats in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
