The 2010 Festival preview programme is being sent out over the weekend or is available to collect from the Arts Picturehouse if you happen to be passing. We’ve uploaded the PDF (its 10Mb but worth the bandwidth) here for those who can’t wait or can’t get into town on this Bank Holiday weekend…

Download the 2010 Preview programme (PDF)

Please note that it’s not final, some things have changed already and the dates/times will be announced later this weekend.

We’re all very excited that the programme for the 2010 Cambridge Film Festival is about to be announced.  The first people to see it will be the audience for tonight’s open-air screening of TWILIGHT:ECLIPSE on Grantchester Meadows this evening (more here), but the Box Office will be opening this week and this website will be in Festival mode from then… check back for more details, or sign up for the Festival Newsletter if you want to be the first to know.

Late arrival: RIVALS (LES LIENS DU SANG)

Posted by Festival Team , @ 12:54 pm , September 25, 2008

We’re excited to announce that we have managed to secure Jacques Maillot’s film RIVALS for the Festival, and it will be screened on Saturday September 27 at 8.30pm.

Staring Guillaume Canet and François Cluzet, RIVALS tells the story of police inspector François (Canet) who learns that his brother, Gabriel (Cluzet) has been released from prison after serving ten years for murder. There’s no happy reunion for the cop and his older brother, but they share a desire to draw a line under the past.

You can find out more and book tickets online. RIVALS will be replacing JUST ANOTHER LOVE STORY from the published programme.
