Make the most of your August Bank Holiday weekend and join us for a unique, eco-friendly cinematic experience as we inflate our giant screen in the serene and picturesque setting of Grantchester Meadows.

On Sunday 30 August we’ll be presenting the first ever silent disco screening of the hit musical MAMMA MIA! (PG) on the banks of the river Cam. Bring your friends and family and dance along to famous ABBA tracks. So that you can listen to the great soundtrack while admiring the tranquil surroundings we’ll be providing special FM radios free of charge for the duration of the event or you can support the Trust by purchasing them as a souvenir for just £5.

Visit the official MAMMA MIA! website

On Monday 31 August we’ll pay cinematic homage to the great outdoors with a preview screening of BIG RIVER MAN (15) before its eco-friendly release nationwide.  The film presents the world’s greatest endurance swimmer, Martin Strel, in his latest adventure to swim the length of the Amazon. We’ll be joined by the man himself and hope he might even take a dip in the Cam! Find out more on Martin Strel’s Amazon Swim website and check out the trailer below.
