COME AS YOU ARE is the story of three ordinary guys in their twenties. They love wine. They love women. But while they have plenty of experience when it comes to wine, all three are still virgins. Then, they discover the answer to their problem. Under the guise of a wine tour they embark on a journey to Spain, heading for the one place where they hope to have their first sexual experience. Nothing will stop them. Not even their disabilities: one is blind, one is confined to a wheelchair and the third is completely paralysed. Described by its director as a "tragicomedy" COME AS YOU ARE explores territory so often ignored by cinema – and finds a deep well of humour, love and friendship along the way.
