What’s on this year?

If you want to see the full listing of films in this year’s Festival, then check it out - you can see them by title, by date or by director, for the cineastes among you.  Or if you prefer you can click on the calendar at the top right to see which films are showing that day.

Is the full program available as a pdf, or similar?

From the Festival:Dan, it will be available as a PDF in the next day or so. Will be pretty big, mind you!

I have searched the site and I am despairing. Is there any way you can add a page here that displays the text about every film being shown? A list of titles is not much use however it’s arranged when you don’t know anything about them.
The thought of having to click separately on every single title to read the information about every film depresses me so much with the tremendous back and forthness that I almost don’t want to even look at a single one. HELP!

Festival comments: we’ll see what we can do, but in the meantime you can download the entire brochure as a PDF and browse films there.

if you view the films for the festival by title then the description of each film is actually that for the film title before. Thus “With Gilbert and George” is described as “A dazzling display of the musical world of the Roma, juxtaposed with the real world they live in. This rich feature documentary celebrates the luscious music of top international Gypsy performers…”

Somewhat amusing , but also confusing if you are trying to decide what to see.

[oops - it did do this, but we’ve fixed it now and made it a lot easier to navigate]
